Med-XR gives medical students the opportunity to work alongside physicians to gain hands-on clinical experience and significantly improve their candidacy for residency programs in US healthcare organizations. In addition to gaining clinical experience by working with BC/BE physicians in various specialties, students will also receive coaching, have the opportunity to expand their network of physicians, and be eligible to receive referrals and a letter of recommendation. The program will help students get acclimated to the US Healthcare system and various processes such as physical examination of patients, as well as clinical and administrative processes. The experience and skills can provide an advantage over other candidates and give students an edge in applications for residency.
